About me

Hello! I'm Caroline, but feel free to call me Carol or Cah.

Currently, I hold the position of Product Designer at Vibra Energia and serve as a Figma Community Advocate, actively contributing to the Friends of Figma community located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Despite my background in Marketing, my journey in interface design began in 2019, and since then, I have been consistently refining my skills. Initially focused on e-commerce and websites with an emphasis on conversion, I expanded my role to the product domain, serving as a Product Designer and Designer System in SaaS systems. Currently, I am part of the team dedicated to the development of the Petrobras Premmia application.

My methodological approach embraces practices such as Scrum, Design Thinking, MVP, and heuristic analysis, among others. These methodologies guide my creative process, resulting in wireframes, usability tests, data analysis, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and layouts. All these elements are meticulously documented to ensure effective communication with developers and collaborators.

I have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and programming logic, facilitating seamless communication and a profound understanding of technical limitations. These skills are crucial for effective collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.

Finally, I would like to highlight my leadership in the Friends of Figma community in Rio de Janeiro. This experience enhances my collaboration skills, networking abilities, and people management, which I consider crucial for tackling the dynamic challenges of design.
